Please be very cautious while choosing an engineer for construction.

The person above mentioned cheated me on both work and the money.

His work was so pathetic and he left in the middle without completing the work.

Few output on his work

1. Multiple cracks in wall

2. Wrong mixture of cement which leads to tear off if we touch the wall using finger

3. He never take our input, he do on his own way

4. I have been trying to get his availability to discuss in person for the past 4 months.

5. Most importantly, he got all the funds from me and hiding.

6. Quality of brick used was bad

7. Wall built with wave ~~ design

8. In each measurement he added some extra Sq ft (7 times happened). This shows his capability and inability.

9. House key was not given to the owner and we need to replace all the locks

11. He used half /old bricks for construction which is left from the old sites

10. Commitment: Work has to be completed by Oct 2022, but it's still dragging.

I feel very bad for selecting the wrong person.

Finally we spent on our own to complete the work left by him. since he is not appearing and not answering the calls.
